Women's Counseling
I counsel women only. For counseling needs outside my areas of focus, please visit my counseling referral page.
I love coming alongside women navigating life’s unexpected, challenging, or unfamiliar seasons, as well as those seeking deeper healing, wholeness, and restoration from past experiences.
My approach is biblical, relational, and educational, offering support, clarity, and guidance as you move toward lasting freedom and a more grounded, faith-filled life.
You don't have to face the hard aspects of life alone—there is help, and there is hope.

Areas I don't counsel in:
I do not offer counseling for the following areas because they land outside of my scope of training or expertise: ADHD, adoption, autism, bipolar, dissociative identity disorder, disruptive disorders, eating disorders, fantasy addiction, gender dysphoria, homicidal ideation or intent, major depressive disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, paranoia, personality disorders, psychosis, reactive attachment disorder, self-harm, and schizophrenia.
Please Note: I intentionally limit the number of clients I work with at any given time who are navigating marital or relational crisis, including betrayal trauma, coercive control, domestic abuse, and divorce-related distress. This allows me to provide the appropriate level of care, focus, and clinical support each client deserves.
When my caseload in this area is full, I will provide referrals to trusted providers who specialize in this type of work.
