"Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.”
~Matthew 11:28-30
My sole focus is counseling women. If you have other counseling needs, please visit my counseling referral page.
I love coming alongside women seeking to navigate their way through life's unexpected, challenging, or unfamiliar situations or desiring healing and wholeness from past circumstances.
I strive to provide my clients with support, validation, and guidance, using a biblical, relational, conversational, and educational approach to help them move toward lasting healing.
You don't need to face those hard aspects of life alone. There is help and there is HOPE!
Special interest/focus in women's counseling:
Please Note: Although domestic abuse has been a primary area I have counseled in for many years, I am currently not accepting clients who are actively experiencing domestic abuse or any form of ongoing emotionally destructive dynamics. If you are currently in need of marital support, you can find a list of counseling referrals via the link above. For domestic abuse/controlling behaviors specifically, a list of counselors and coaches skilled in this area is available on the Abuse Recovery Ministry Page found (Link HERE).

Disclosure/Impact Letter process:
I help guide women through a formal therapeutic disclosure/impact letter process. This is typically in cases where trust has been broken in a marriage, as a result of: 1) A spouses sexual acting out, and/or, 2) Abusive/controlling behaviors. To learn more about this option, click HERE.
Areas I don't counsel in:
I do not offer counseling for the following areas because they land outside of my scope of training or expertise: ADHD, adoption, autism, bipolar, dissociative identity disorder, disruptive disorders, eating disorders, fantasy addiction, gender dysphoria, homicidal ideation or intent, major depressive disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, paranoia, personality disorders, psychosis, reactive attachment disorder, self-harm, and schizophrenia.
